Scott Crowle joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2016, and is a managing partner of the Yuras | Aicale | Forsyth | Crowle Leased Investment Team. An industry veteran, Scott began his investment real estate career in 2001 at the largest investment real estate brokerage firm in the United States. There, he specialized in the sale of shopping centers in Northern California. After a successful 10-year career there as a top agent, Scott joined one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world, where he specialized in the representation of built-to-suit developers for net-leased assets nationwide. Today at Cushman & Wakefield, Scott and his colleagues are harnessing unparalleled resources to offer superior representation through the entire development continuum and all phases of commercial real estate investment. In 2017, Scott and his three partners closed 127 transactions totaling $468,000,000 in consideration in 23 states. Throughout their careers, they have completed over 600 transactions valued at over $4.4 billion. Scott holds a bachelor of arts in English from University of California, Berkeley.
