Mr. Crockford has been a successful commercial real estate professional for over 37 years and specializes in investment sales. Throughout his career, Scott has been involved in more than $444 million of investment sales transactions in Hawaii. Working mostly on the islands of Oahu and Maui, Scott's experience includes representation of landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, new development and expansion consulting, tenant mix consulting, and property management. Scott is one of the top performers for the CBRE, Inc. Hawaii office. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. in 2004, Scott was the Vice President of Commercial Property for 14 years with Maui Land & Pineapple Company. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s commercial properties, including Queen Kaahumanu Center, Kapalua Resort, and Napili Plaza, along with being a member of the planning team for new projects. Additionally, Scott managed the $70 million major expansion and renovation of Maui’s only regional mall. Previous to his tenure with Maui Land & Pineapple Co., he was a partner in Maui/Hawaii Realty & Management, Inc.
