A Managing Director with JLL, Scott has been engaged in commercial real estate since 1985. His specialties include consulting clients in the strategic development, implementation, and execution of their commercial real estate plan. He also provides underwriting, leasing, and disposition services to developers and both private and institutional investors. Scott’s transaction activity has exceeded $1 Billion in volume since 2006 and includes leasing, building, and land sales, as well as build-to-suits. Prior to JLL, he had a successful 16-year career with Pacific Real Estate Partners, LLC, where he was a Principal and shareholder and recognized as one of the Top Industrial Brokers in Puget Sound. Scott began his commercial real estate career at Grubb & Ellis and was recognized as a Top 10 producer for their Seattle office from 1987 to 1996.
