Scott Black

Scott Black, a Partner at Atlantic Retail, has been in real estate for 30+ years. Scott works in all facets of retail brokerage from tenant representation to landlord representation and the investment division. Scott has worked with many emerging brands and Scott’s career has been built working with large format retails such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Whole Foods Market, Kohls, Topgolf, and others. His focus also extends to landlord representation with leasing work for National Development, RPAI, Federal Realty, Carpionato Group, and others. Scott is currently involved with the disposition of various Sears properties as well as Neiman Marcus in Natick. Scott graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in finance/marketing. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and travelling. Scott lives in Newton, MA with his wife and daughter.
