Scott Benson

As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Scott represents both Tenants and Landlords on a regional and national scale. His active clients include Edge Fitness, honeygrow, Oak Street Health, Krispy Kreme, KFC, Geico, Cycle Gear, Party City, and Sola Salon Suites. In addition, Scott represents numerous regional and institutional owners on a project leasing and sales basis. Some of Scott’s active owner clients include Alterra Property Group, Brandywine Realty Trust, Brickstone Companies, Kimco, PMC Property Group, Post Brothers, Blank Aschkenasy Properties, Tower Investments and Alliance HSP. Scott has been a member of the Metro team since 2014 and is based out of our Mount Laurel office. He is a graduate of University of Delaware.
