Scott A. Atkins CCIM, SIOR

Scott has been active in the Commercial Real Estate market in Augusta since 1999. His dedication to top-level personal service has allowed him to develop long-term relationships with clients over the years. While Scott handles all facets of commercial brokerage, he specializes in industrial sales and leasing. He has achieved both the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations which are widely regarded as the two most prestigious and most difficult to obtain designations in commercial real estate. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Scott is a lifelong Augusta native and a family man. He is involved in many aspects of the community and a member of First Baptist Church of Augusta. Scott follows in the footsteps of his father, Tony Atkins, CCIM who started his commercial real estate career in 1972.
