Scot Hallberg

Scot V. Hallberg has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. He holds a GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) degree from the RI Association of Realtors. He is also a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the RI Association of Realtors, and the Kent-Washington Board of Realtors. Scot has lived in this area all his life. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, and currently lives within a mile of our office in downtown Wakefield with his son. In addition to handling the sale of many existing homes, he has a great deal of experience in new construction. He has also developed, built and managed numerous commercial projects. As a result, he is very adept at working with various agencies such as the Department of Environmental Management, town zoning regulators and town planning boards.
