Saxon Evans

Saxon Evans is an industrial and utility plant owner. He started his work in finance under Robert Prechtor at Elliot Wave Theorist, one of the largest technical analyst firms in the world. From there he went on to become a double gator and graduated with his MBA from the University of Florida at the age of 23. Saxon worked for Marcus and Millichap and Hold Thyssen, a large receivership company, before accepting the position of Director of Sales at Realty Capital. Since then Saxon and his partners have started Citrus Capital and are now an independent brokerage and development firm. Saxon has transacted on over a quarter billion of commercial real estate and has entitled over 1,800 single family residential units, including 1,700,000 feet of industrial product, in Central Florida in the last three years.
