Sarah Sadler

Sarah joined S.L Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2023 with over 8 years’ experience in the industry. She was most recently with SBRG Realty based in Midlothian, Virginia, where she represented both commercial and residential clients. Prior to her shift into brokerage, Sarah served as a property manager overseeing the maintenance and occupancy of numerous commercial properties, including office buildings, restaurants and shopping centers. She was responsible for rent collections, handling requests for maintenance or repairs, and negotiating new lease contracts. In her current role, she focusses on Tenant and Landlord Representation, to include sales and leasing across all property lines of commercial real estate.
