Sarah Pawuk Holmgrain
Sarah was raised in Petersburg and graduated from PHS in 1989. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and speech communication from Northern Arizona University. She held a real estate license in the state of Washington and spent over 8 years in the Seattle area managing and leasing commercial real estate including, light industrial parks, office buildings, medical facilities, and retail strip malls. Sarah returned to Petersburg in 2001 and began a career in the insurance industry. For over 5 years she sold and managed insurance policies in both the personal and commercial sector. Sarah and Randal have three children and three grandchildren. She is the current President of the local Board of Education and has been an elected member since 2008, Petersburg Chamber of Commerce board member, Petersburg Medical Center Foundation board member, Emblem Club member, Sons’ of Norway member, and a volunteer in her church. She serves on several community committees. Previous volunteer opportunities she was involved in include Partners in Education committee, tee-ball coach, Girl Scouts co-leader, Tiger Cub (Boy Scouts) co-den leader, and Little Norway Festival Committee member. Sarah joined Petersburg Properties in 2015 and purchased it in March 2020 and looks forward to continuing to help clients with their real estate needs.
