Sarah has 12 years of real estate experience spanning all asset classes and serving a variety of clients. Sarah started her career in retail development, delivering dozens of Carmax car dealerships. Her path ultimately led into multifamily development, delivering institutional scale projects with Greystar. In addition to her development roles, Sarah has served in an economic development capacity with the Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, spearheading master planning efforts, driving job creation and small business growth, and developing expertise in the use of Tax Increment Financing and public financing tools. With her diverse background and deep network, Sarah is well positioned to work across asset classes and aims to represent retail center owners, expanding retail tenants, institutional scale multifamily investors and sellers, as well as serving in a tenant representation capacity for major and growing employers, particularly those seeking to pair incentive strategy in their location selection.
