A West Virginia native, Sarah Edwards was raised in Beckley and later built her life in Morgantown, where she and her husband, Jeff, raised their son. In 2018, they relocated to Fayetteville, drawn by the area’s breathtaking landscapes, welcoming community, and endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Alongside her career in healthcare, she and Jeff were actively involved in property management, gaining valuable real estate experience long before making it her full-time passion. In 2018, they took on a new adventure, founding The Freefolk Brewery, where Sarah managed marketing and operations, honing her skills in communication, organization, and customer service. In 2024, Sarah officially launched her career as a real estate agent, bringing with her a commitment to helping others, a strong work ethic, and a passion for connecting people with properties that fit their needs. She has bought, listed, and sold commercial, residential, and land properties, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the market.
