Sara Wann joined the successful team of agents at Keegan & Coppin in 2008 to specialize in the leasing and sales of retail, office, industrial properties and investment opportunities. With over 13 years experience in Commercial Real Estate, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a comprehensive perspective on today’s market. Sara’s vast experience with Brand Development has shown to be invaluable in helping her Retail clients achieve strategic growth in their marketplace. As a native of Sonoma County, Sara offers her cumulative knowledge of the local business landscape and her network resources. Her experience and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace has positioned her as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) within the Real Estate community. Sara attended Santa Rosa Junior College where she focused her studies on History and Psychology. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and keeps her Real Estate knowledge current with regular attendance at industry forums. Sara began her career in Project Management in the construction world before getting into Commercial Real Estate in 2004. She worked for a local competitor for 5 years, where she was recognized for her commitment to the client and the project, before being recruited by Keegan & Coppin in 2008. Sara works diligently for her clients in every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. She prides herself on client care and art of the deal.
