Santiago Sciupac

Santiago is COO and co-founder of TCRE. With the help of all our Team, Santiago helped create and grow a small management business into expert property managers. He has served TCRE for over 20 years. Santiago brings to bear about 23 years of deep operational experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all of our Clients’ managed assets. Like any COO, Santiago is, and should be, responsible for everything that occurs on each of our managed assets. Santiago manages all property operations, leasing, tenant & vendor supervision, lease negotiations, enforcement of receivership court orders, staff development and training, of all multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties. Commencing his real estate career while still a college teen, Santiago earned his real estate license and acquired deep experience in property and facilities management. He is multi-lingual and experienced in international real estate, is a Certified Property Manager and soon will hold a CCIM.
