Sandy Hunt

Sandra brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience in the sales and leasing functions to Scheer Partners. She has a broad range of expertise in diverse areas which include acquisitions, leasing, development, property management and construction. Her knowledge has resulted in over $300,000,000.00 of recent sales to developers, REIT’s, institutional, private investors and users. She has an extensive network to complete traditional transactions to the very complex sale in the office, industrial, retail and multi-family sectors. Her strengths are locating investment opportunities, performing financial evaluations, negotiations, due diligence and repositioning assets to maximize value. Prior to joining Scheer Partners, Sandra served as Vice President of HBW Group for over 16 years, and prior to that, at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust as Vice President for 13 years. Some of her clients have been Avalon Bay Real Estate Investment Trust, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., MAMSI, JBG and Lowe Enterprises.
