Sandy's career in Commercial Real Estate began in 1994 when she joined The Polacheck Company, Inc., as a retail leasing specialist. Sandy was quickly promoted to The Small Tenant Leasing Director and became a Polacheck shareholder. In 2006, CBRE, Inc., acquired The Polacheck Company. Today Sandy is proud to be part of the CBRE, Inc. Retail Specialty Group. Graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Radio and Television Production, Sandy produced her own radio and television programs in Colorado and Los Angeles, California. She has continued to use these marketing and communication skills in a variety of ways. However, her career in corporate America really took off when she shifted her focus to the world of fashion retailing, becoming a fashion buyer and fashion coordinator for major department stores. Sandy went on to establish her own small chain of women’s apparel stores, a fashion catalog with worldwide distribution, and became an executive director of a national buying group. Today, Sandy counts many national tenants and institutional real estate companies in her client base, while continuing to maintain strong local and regional business as well as municipal contacts. Community service is also an important part of Sandy’s life. Sandy was the organizer of “Birthday Cakes for Homeless Kids” in conjunction with her dedication to the Cathedral Center, a homeless shelter for women and families. Sandy has also been a fundraiser for the United Performing Arts Fund and the Milwaukee Ballet for over twenty years.
