Sandy Cohen

Sandy Cohen joined Farmingdale-based Wachtler Knopf Equities in 2008. He manages all of WKE's capital and tenant improvement projects as well as oversees the operation of the firm's Long Island portfolio. Cohen previously worked for Sterling Equities, assisting in the management of Sterling's Long Island commercial assets. Before that, Sandy was a property manager with Blumenfeld Development Group, where he managed more than 1 million square feet of commercial/retail space in New York and New Jersey. Cohen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in media studies with a minor in business from Queens College.
