Left the University of Florida in 1973 to become an Engineer and Manager with BellSouth until 1996. During that period completed my MBA at the University of North Florida and obtained my Professional Engineering license. Accepted a rotational assignment with BellCore in Morristown, NJ, from 1986 until 1989. Rotated back as Network Division Manager for Brevard, Volusia, and Flagler counties until 1994. Attended law school from 1994 until 1996 while on a sabbatical at BellSouth. Practiced bankruptcy law in the Middle District of Florida from 1996 until 1998. Moved into real estate industry in 1998 as an agent with RE/MAX. Became a broker and began CCIM education in 2000. Left RE/MAX in 2002 to open a Keller Williams office as a broker/owner. Received my CCIM designation in 2005. Joined the new KW Commercial Division in 2009 as a Director.
