Sandra Grice-Moses

Mrs. Moses has been a part of the Palmetto Commercial Team since February 2008 and brings more than 30 years experience in real estate and property management. Sandra plays a vital role in productively marketing property listings as well as the day to day responsibilities of our property management division. Sandra received her Property Management license in 1991 and worked as an Apartment Manager at a large apartment complex in Florence. She then worked at a local real estate office where she received her South Carolina Real Estate License, worked as Relocation Coordinator, and assisted with the day to day activities in the residential and commercial real estate markets. Sandra has since worked with one of Florence’s top residential firms as well as a National Commercial real estate firm. Her local heritage, her 30 years experience in the real estate industry and her personal work ethic make Mrs. Moses a valuable addition to the Palmetto Commercial team. Sandra is married and has two children, ages 21 and 19. She currently is a Notary Public in the State of South Carolina.
