Sandon Wiechens

C. Sandon Wiechens, CCIM/SIOR has been in the real estate profession for more than twenty-five years and is the third generation Owner and President of Wiechens Realty, Inc. Sandon is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis as well as a management degree. Sandon successfully earned the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute’s (i.e., CCIM) designation in June 1998. The CCIM designation is earned upon completing an expansive graduate-level curriculum and attaining an advanced level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. He has also been certified as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, or SIOR, since November 2005. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. Sandon has attained experience in completing a wide array of transactions including sales, leases, 1031 exchanges, and property management, and has been continually recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer annually.
