Sandia is a real estate professional with over thirty years of experience in the Florida retail real estate market, and has been a partner at Florida Retail Partners since 1999. Sandia’s primary area of focus is tenant representation, with a diverse client roster that includes national, regional, and local clients. Responsibilities include market analysis and strategic planning for growth opportunities; securing space within existing shopping centers, redevelopment sites and new development projects; and site acquisition of outparcels, raw land, and land assemblages for new construction projects. The first ten years of her career was as a representative for private and institutional owners and developers, where she handled portfolio leasing of existing space, pre-leasing new retail projects, redevelopment of underperforming existing assets, outparcel sales and ground leases, and investor property acquisitions. While at RMC Realty (now RMC Property Group), Sandia was the anchor tenant leasing specialist and handled anchor leasing for their entire portfolio. Sandia is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS). She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate cum laude of University of South Florida.
