Samuel Slovacek is a Vice President within JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group. He specializes exclusively in tenant advocacy and partners with each of his clients to add value by assessing and subsequently improving the productivity, efficiency and performance of their real estate portfolios. Samuel’s market knowledge, strong finance and analytical skills, term negotiation, and contract negotiation experience are valuable assets helping his clients make the most informed real estate decision. Samuel possesses more than 18 years of diverse real estate experience. He started his career as an analyst with Deal Sikes (formerly Lewis Realty Advisory), a real estate consulting and appraisal company. Samuel then joined the Staubach Company as a member of the Research team where he canvassed the Houston market for micro and macro real estate trends. Samuel’s next role was as Financial Analyst for the JLL Office and Industrial Tenant Representation brokerage teams where he prepared and verified financial projections from the initial offer stage of a lease transaction, acquisition, or disposition through closing. Analyses were performed on a pre-tax or post-tax basis, providing a foundation in addressing pertinent accounting issues. He has been in his brokerage role for 13 years.
