Sammy Dubose

Sammy is a sales associate with KDS Caine Commercial Real Estate, Sammy DuBose has been affiliated with the company since 1987. During that time he has been involved in many facets of the leasing and sales of commercial real es-tate including office, industrial, acreage, commercial land, and development. Sammy is located in the Greenville office. EDUCATION Sammy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is active in vari-ous community organizations including serving on the Board of the Cleveland Street YMCA. He currently serves on the State Board of the Coastal Conser-vation Association and the Commercial Steering Committee of the Greenville Board of Realtors. EXPERIENCE While qualified to successfully assist clients with their commercial real estate needs in various areas, Sammy specializes in the brokerage, acquisition, and development of land. During his career, Sammy has represented shopping center developers in acquiring sites in South Carolina, North Carolina, Geor-gia, and Virginia. He recently assisted the Greenville Hospital System in as-sembling and purchasing 130 acres for the new Greer Campus.
