I have detailed knowledge of the Northamptonshire commercial property market - amassed over 25+ years - including the history of development and aspirations of the local community, and have played a key role in business space agency (industrial, office, retail and licenced property) within the region. Prior to joining commercial property agency Prop-Search in 2010, I worked for Underwoods - commencing my career within this sector in 1988 at Lambert Smith Hampton (then Wilson & Partners and latterly Connell Wilson). I am also a Director of the Wellingborough Town Centre Partnership. In 2012, 2013 and again in 2014, I was crowned EGi dealmaker of the year for Northamptonshire, having sold or let more commercial properties than any other agent. I am commercially astute and creative with exceptional inter-personal skills. I also have a diverse skill set which includes being a PR practitioner and qualified journalist, thus ensuring all aspects of marketing are applied, as well as innovative marketing strategies.
