Sam Varsano

Sam joined the Atlantic team in 2021 after spending over two years focusing on multifamily and mixed-use real estate in Greater Boston. He interned for The Dartmouth Company in 2018. Sam focuses on development site and evolving properties poised for repositioning across a variety of different asset classes. Sam graduated from Union College in 2019 after matriculating from Pingree. He is originally from Marblehead and is currently a resident of South Boston. Outside the office, you can find Sam on the squash court and spending times with friends and family.
