Sam Tallman

As a Retail Specialist with Lockehouse, Sam is closely involved in all aspects of retail real estate transaction services. While focusing primarily on tenant representation and landlord representation, Sam has been able to develop a sound and extensive knowledge base of the Northern California retail market. As a member of ICSC, Sam is also an active participant of the Northern California ICSC Next Gen Committee. Prior to joining the Lockehouse Team, Sam began his career in retail real estate as a member of the Bay Area Retail Division of Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Terranomics. After graduating from San Jose State University, Sam worked in the golf industry as a Class A PGA Golf Professional, giving him the ability to establish valuable relationships while maintaining a teamwork oriented attitude. Sam excels in both communication and sales, helping him with client procurement, marketing management, and lease analysis. Key clients have included, Federal Realty Investment Trust, BayWest Development, JH Real Estate Partners, Pacific Castle, Weitzman Group, Regis Corporation, Wendy’s, and Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. As a Bay Area native, Sam currently resides in Campbell.
