Sam Spiegel

Sam Spiegel is one of the founders, and the president of Samco Properties. On a daily basis, he oversees the property management operations of the real estate, including capital improvements, property maintenance, personnel, real estate tax negotiations, leasing, and lease negotiations. Mr. Spiegel also handles the properties’ financing, acquisitions and sales. The portfolio consists of shopping centers, office buildings, and single tenant buildings located in nineteen states. The tenants include a wide variety of tenants, ranging from major national tenants to local businesses. He has been successful in maintaining exceptionally high occupancy levels in the Spiegel’s properties, based on his experience with negotiating lease terms with tenants, and investing in capital and tenant improvements for the properties. Sam Spiegel is a member of the Florida Bar, and a licensed real estate broker.
