Olmstead’s experience dates to 1992 when he started in the office leasing business as an in-house agent for local Orange County real estate icon George Argyros’s Arnel Development Company. The natural progression after nearly two years of transactional, landlord representation was to venture into the brokerage business. Hired by Voit Commercial in 1994, Sam commenced his current career spanning fifteen years at Voit’s Irvine office.
