A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration - Entrepreneurial Studies, Sam is an Orange County native who returned to become an expert in the John Wayne Airport/South County real estate market. Olmstead’s experience dates to 1992 when he started in the office leasing business as an in-house agent for local Orange County real estate icon George Argyros’s Arnel Development Company. The natural progression after nearly two years of transactional, landlord representation was to venture into the brokerage business. Hired by Voit Commercial in 1994, Sam commenced his current career spanning fifteen years at Voit’s Irvine office. Specialties include: office and industrial landlord and tenant representation along with extensive expertise in the underwriting, valuation and procurement of development opportunities and investments. With an impeccable reputation, tireless work ethic, and hundreds of completed transactions, clients like Aston Martin Loganda, Turner Development Company, Makenna Properties, Core Valve, Inc.
