Sam’s fully integrated brokerage and consulting process allows for landlords of all asset classes to realize the highest potential return on investment. His expertise spreads throughout a wide variety of product types including the retail and office components of urban mixed-use developments, historic adaptive re-use, and urban infill opportunities. - Since joining Colliers, Sam has overseen sales and leasing transactions totaling $110,000,000 over an aggregate 1,000,000 SF throughout a range of asset classes in and around Downtown Jacksonville. Sam currently oversees a portfolio consisting of over 2,500,000 SF split between office, retail, and mixed-use developments in and around the Urban Core of Jacksonville, FL. - Sam’s previous experiences included Regency Centers, one of the largest grocery-anchored REITs in the country, and Newmark Phoenix Realty. During his time at Regency Centers, he assisted the leasing team and helped the national transactions team with site selection throughout the nation helping add to Regency Center’s current portfolio of 60+ million square feet nationwide.
