Sam Meginnis
Sam Meginnis is a Senior Associate at Altschuler and Company. As part of the firm’s multifunctional transaction team, Sam is responsible for providing flawless customer service to the firms’s clients. He spends a majority of his focus on leasing and tenant rep services. Since joining the firm in 2013, Sam was named a D Magazine Power Broker in 2014 and has provided leasing services for a portfolio of over two million square feet, including two of Dallas’ iconic downtown skyscrapers. He has successfully completed over 600,000 SF of leases with companies including Santander Consumer USA, Merrill Lynch, Gray Reed & McGraw, Vincent Lopez and the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas. Sam is also a member for the NTCAR organization. Sam graduated with an economics degree from the University of Nebraska where he was a walk-on football player for four seasons.
