Sam Leger is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Unique Properties, Inc., a full-service firm for commercial real estate in Denver, Colorado that specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management of office, industrial, retail, land, medical, and multifamily properties. As CEO, he is responsible for setting and executing the organizational strategy, building and overseeing the executive team, and developing vision, values, and company culture. In addition to his role as CEO of Unique Properties, Sam leads the Denver Infill Specialists of Unique Properties, which primarily focuses on investment sales, owner/user sales, and leasing in the central Denver market. Sam has done over $1B in real estate transactions throughout his career. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, and finance. Sam is a trusted leader in the community who delivers best-in-class services to owners, investors, and tenants. He has been recognized for multiple awards throughout his career, including being named one of Colorado’s Top Real Estate Brokers. Sam is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with degrees in Finance and Management. Sam is married to Meagan Leger and has two children, Clayton and Audrey, and an adventurous dog named Hudson.
