Sam Kingston
Sam Kingston, BSc (Hons), MRICS, is a partner of the firm. He has been with Roche since 2003, having previously worked for Chesterton and Strutt & Parker. He has been involved with commercial property based in the East of England throughout his career. Sam deals with investment, development, general commercial agency and provides consultancy advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients. In recent years he has acted in the acquisition of a number of development sites and the sale of a land for retail uses. Outside of work, Sam is busy keeping fit and running around after his three daughters and wife. He is an RYA sailing instructor at Filby Broad and manages one triathlon or endurance event a year (generally an Ironman). He is interested in most outdoor activities and a keen follower of rugby.
