Sam Haus

Sam Haus joined CBRE|Triad in August 2016. He is currently an Associate for the CBRE Brokerage Services team in the Triad office of North Carolina; comprising the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and Burlington markets. Mr. Haus provides strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation for his clients. Prior to brokerage, Sam was a Research Analyst with CBRE|Triad, where he conducted thorough market research and customized data support for local Triad markets. He brings a focused and analytical approach to understanding the drivers of underlying market trends and their subsequent impacts on the real estate market. Prior to joining CBRE|Triad, Mr. Haus worked as a Brokerage Assistant Intern for Colliers International of Northeast Florida where he provided property research, prepared custom prospect lists, prepared mailers and contacted prospective clients. Haus attended Jacksonville University in Florida, where he was a Division I athlete in lacrosse. As a Winston-Salem native and resident, Haus has extensive knowledge of the market.
