Sam Harrison
Sam Harrison serves as an Associate on the Dallas Industrial team. He joined Cushman & Wakefield as a part of the inaugural class of the Associate Broker Program. In his role, he works with national and local corporations on their industrial space needs. This includes tenant representation assignments, subleases of surplus corporate real estate and sales of Industrial property. Sam also assists with marketing, transaction management and data management. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sam worked as a Research Analyst at Stafford Barrett in College Station providing support to the Retail, Office, and Industrial teams as well as a Summer Associate at Transwestern. Sam graduated from Texas A&M University where he received a BS in Economics. He is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
