Sam Hale

Graduated in 1974 from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Business Administration. Sam has been a licensed real estate agent since 1974 and a licensed broker since 1985. Sam is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors. He specializes in the brokerage of existing shopping centers ranging in size from 10,000 square feet specialty centers to 300,000 square feet community and neighborhood centers. Since 1995 Sam has closed in excess of 100 million in commercial real estate transactions.
