Sam Greek

Sam Greek is the President of Martin Commercial Group where he is responsible for oversight of all property management, brokerage operations and general operations. Mr. Greek started his career in commercial real estate with Martin Commercial Group in 1997. His initial responsibilities included the management of the Orange County portfolio consisting of more than 2 million square feet of industrial and flex properties. After a few years, his role expanded to leasing and sales in addition to management. In 2004, Mr. Greek relocated to Phoenix Arizona where he was Senior Leasing Director for PS Business Parks, a national publicly traded REIT, with responsibility for operations and leasing of the Arizona portfolio. In January of 2009, Mr. Greek re-joined Martin Commercial Group as a Principal and General Manager of the company. Mr. Greek graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Finance. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
