Sam Gauger

Sam Gauger is a Multifamily Advisor with the Investment Services Brokerage Group in Milwaukee, WI. In conjunction with the Colliers Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group, Sam is primarily responsible for procuring and executing multifamily investment sales transactions. He is well versed in analyzing and interpreting the market in an effort to understand the risks and rewards related to a given asset. His approach goes beyond surface level advice, rather Sam works to communicate, inform and guide his clients through all facets of a multifamily asset. Sam graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Real Estate and Accounting. In addition to his experience and education, Sam is a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
