Sam Chang

Sam began his career in commercial real estate at CBRE in the Capital Markets group where he was responsible for the asset management of portfolios valued at over $6 Billion. Sam has a diverse background in commercial real estate from brokerage services, property management, development and has a comprehensive background in statistical modeling, underwriting, and debt financing. He is a natural problem solver and team leader. Sam holds a Business Administration degree in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Houston. He is fluent in several Asian languages, and is able to conduct business in Mandarin and Cantonese. Sam is a native Texan and a US Army Infantry veteran.
