Sab Russo

Sab has nearly 30 years of experience in the Princeton commercial real estate market, focusing on large Office and R&D leasing and sale assignments, as well as land sales and development projects. Sab has an uncommon ability to understand and solve problems, and creatively negotiate complex transactions. Sab is President of Mercer Oak Realty (MOR), and a Partner in Princeton Property Management (PPM) and Princeton Property Partners (PPP). Located in Ewing, NJ, these three affiliates form the nucleus of a dynamic and vertically integrated commercial real estate services firm. Sab started his career at CBRE and left the firm as a Senior Vice President after 20 years. In 2006, he joined forces with Aubrey Haines at Mercer Oak Realty and immediately began taking market share from larger competitors. MOR consistently ranks as one of the top firms in Princeton in terms of transaction value and square footage leased. Sab has been a member of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce and the Biotechnology Council of New Jersey (BCNJ) for the past 10 years and is active in local charitable and civic organizations.
