With his ability to focus on both large and small projects, and follow them through with unparalleled results, Ryan has advanced quickly and has established himself as a dominant force in the Mountain West Region Retail Real Estate Market. Ryan Wicknick joined PPC Utah Commercial Real Estate at the beginning of 2010, bringing with him a vast array of experience in the real estate industry. Ryan began his career as a Community Manager for Gold Medallion Homes, in that position he worked closely with Kennecott Land, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, in the acquisition of residential land, and the mass disposition of single family homes in the Day Break community. Using his experience at Gold Medallion Homes he moved into a position in the NAI Utah Layton office focusing on Retail Leasing and Investment Sales. Mr. Wicknick led the office retail group in number of transactions as well as total transaction volume for 2009; subsequently qualifying him for the Rookie of the Year award within the NAI Utah organization. Mr. Wicknick has developed a reputation among his clients for his energetic and creative approach to the retail leasing, and tenant representation sectors of the real estate marketplace. With his ability to focus on both large and small projects, and follow them through with unparalleled results, Ryan has advanced quickly and has established himself as a dominant force in the Mountain West Region Retail Real Estate Market. During his short real estate career, Mr. Wicknick has completed several hundred transactions totaling in excess of $100,000,000. Notable deals include the acquisition of two Wal-Mart anchored retail centers for DBSI Discovery Real Estate, a subsidiary of DDR, for a total transaction volume exceeding $16,000,000. Additionally, Mr. Wicknick has represented such notable clients as Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, The Edge Custom Shop, Costa Vida Mexican Grill, Papa John’s Pizza, The Cash Store, and Dominos Pizza. He resides with his wife and three children in Kaysville, Utah. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, competitive mountain bike racing and all of the many distractions the Wasatch Mountains have to offer.
