Ryan Whalen

Ryan Whalen is a Partner at Live Oak and serves as a Vice President with the industrial leasing division, where he is focused on leasing, industrial development, and acquisitions. Ryan has completed over 100 lease transactions totaling over 2 million square feet. He has also been involved in five value-add acquisitions totaling 250,000 square feet and two industrial developments totaling 250,000 square feet. Ryan's prior experience includes being a member of the National Football League as a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings, and Cincinnati Bengals.
