Ryan Smith

Ryan joined Imperial Realty in 2013 as Brokerage Associate specializing in Landlord office building leasing and Tenant office representation. Ryan is responsible for leasing any and all of Imperial Realty’s properties in the Chicago Metropolitan Area consisting of office, retail and industrial real estate completing in excess of 200 deals worth over $20 million. Prior to joining Imperial, Ryan was a tenant representation broker at Vandon Forbes and Coldwell Banker Commercial specializing in office lease and sale transactions in the north and northwest suburban Chicago market. With Ryan’s real estate background and wisdom, Ryan can focus on the needs and execution of solutions that meet his client’s best interests. Ryan graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Psychology and a Master’s in HR & Industrial Relations. Ryan also earned his Master’s of Accounting at Roosevelt University. Ryan is married and lives with his wife and three children in Chicago.
