Ryan Seal

Ryan is a native of Washington Parish. He spent his early years in the Angie community before moving to Bogalusa where he attended school. After graduating from Bogalusa High School, Ryan graduated from Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He later graduated from Webster University with a Master's in Human Resources. Ryan is also a graduate of the Community Development Institute and the Delta Regional Authority's Leadership Institute. Ryan is the former Executive Director of the Washington Parish Economic Development Foundation and the Franklinton Area Economic Development Foundation. During his tenure he attracted many businesses to Washington Parish and helped many existing businesses expand and grow. Ryan, his wife Tonia and his 3 children attend First Baptist Church of Bogalusa where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He has served in many capacities of leadership in FBC. Ryan is Chairman for the Fund for Bogalusa, sits on the Board of the Franklinton Chamber of Commerce and is a former president of the Franklinton Rotary Club. In addition, Ryan is Chairman to the Northshore Community and Technical College Advisory Committee and a member of the Sullivan Vocational Foundation.
