Ryan Schimel joined Capricorn in 2018, working in their brokerage advisory services division where he assists both Landlords and Tenants with their retail real estate strategy. Having worked in almost every aspect of the commercial real estate industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to every transaction. Beyond just his experience, Ryan prides himself on being able to strategically work with his Landlord clients to lease up their vacancies with the highest and best use possible, while also properly placing tenants in locations where they can thrive and continue to grow. Prior to joining Capricorn, Ryan served as a Director at Commercial Asset Group, one of Southern California’s top producing boutique brokerage firms. He worked closely with the principals for 9+ years, mostly with the sale and leasing of retail and office properties in West LA, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA and throughout the rest of Southern California.
