Ryan Rubenkoenig

Ryan D. Rubenkoenig is responsible for new acquisitions in the Southwest and Midwest markets as well as overseeing leasing operations for the portfolio. He has over 15 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry and has participated in the acquisition of over $150 million in assets and signed over 900 lease transactions with tenant such as Wal-Mart, Target, Aldi, lululemon athletica, Travelers, S.P. Richards, Cargill, U.S. Bank among others. Prior to Red Tail Acquisitions, LLC, Mr. Rubenkoenig was the Director of Real Estate Services for Innovative Developers, Inc., leading their third-party services platform. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals as well as serving as an Advisory Board Member of Phi Delta Theta. Mr. Rubenkoenig graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Finance as well as from Texas A&M University with a M.S. in Land Economics and Real Estate.
