Ryan Rife

Ryan M. Rife joined Marcus & Millichap and the Blomsterberg Group as an Associate in 2014, specializing in the Northern Nevada Market. Ryan was promoted to Senior Associate in 2017 and Vice President Investments in 2018. Mr. Rife with his two partners Kenneth N. Blomsterberg and Daniel J. Winrod, have been recognized as the market leader in the Northern Nevada Multifamily Market. With Ryan's extensive experience in accounting, as well as being in the real estate industry as an owner and investor, he has a unique insight into the nuances of the real estate transaction, allowing him to better serve his clients' needs. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Ryan worked at a local accounting firm where he analyzed financial statements which were used in the preparation of business valuations for gift and estate tax purposes, litigation support and business acquisitions. He has an intimate understanding of financial statements and the valuation process, which has created the foundation for outstanding analytical expertise. Ryan acquired his Real Estate License in September of 2011, and is also a co-owner of Young Gun Investments, LLC and NV West Properties, whose primary focus is purchasing distressed, multi-family and single-family properties. During the course of his 6-year career, Mr. Rife has successfully closed of 660 million dollars of Multifamily Investment Sales.

  Ryan graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He graduated with Distinction and was the recipient of The Outstanding Senior Award for the College of Business.
