Ryan Ridgeway

Prior to founding Bridgepoint, Ryan Ridgeway was a Senior Vice President in Stream Realty Partners’ Austin office. Ryan was responsible for the establishment of the firm’s retail division and the growth of the retail portfolio in Austin, which now totals over 2 million square feet. During his tenure at Stream, Ryan single-handedly closed over 1,000 transactions representing both landlords and tenants. Ryan has been recognized as an industry leader in Austin on multiple occasions with recognition from the Austin Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” and from the CoStar Group as a “Power Broker.” Recently, Ryan was named the No. 1 “Heavy Hitter” in Austin for 10 years running and leased more retail space in Austin than any other broker in 2018. Prior to Stream, Ryan was with Grubb & Ellis where he focused on tenant and landlord representation for local and national clients. He was also an integral part in assisting with the revitalization of Bank of America’s real estate portfolio.
