Ryan Phillips

Ryan D. Phillips is a Vice President in CBRE’s Downtown Los Angeles office, where he specializes in both tenant and landlord representation for leasing, consulting, and investment sales. Prior to his career in brokerage, Mr. Phillips worked as commercial real estate appraiser for U.S. Realty Consultants based in Chicago, where he provided valuation and consulting services to leading financial institutions and REITs for a wide array of property types (including office, multi-family, industrial, hotels, self-storage, and land) located in various markets nationwide. After moving to Los Angeles and transitioning to brokerage in 2007, he joined C&W where he worked for 11 years before joining CBRE, over which time he developed an expertise in representing institutional, corporate, and private clients such as the Walt Disney Corporation and City National Bank in servicing their real estate requirements across a global platform. Mr. Phillips has over 15 years of experience in representing building owners in leasing and selling of their office, production, and retail buildings in the Hollywood, Downtown and West Los Angeles markets, where he remains active and has developed a specialization in working with creative office properties, production spaces and creative office conversions.
