Ryan Minnehan joined KLNB’s Retail Division as an unpaid intern during the Great Recession in 2009. He became a broker in 2010 and one of the youngest Principals in company history in 2016. He specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation throughout the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC Metropolitan area. At KLNB, Ryan currently represents over 3,000,000 square feet of ground up and existing shopping centers and assists a select list of tenants with their expansion. He is consistently one of the top producers at the firm and proudly serves on several of the firm’s committees. To date, Ryan has completed over 500 transactions totaling in excess of 3,000,000 square feet and more than $500,000,000 in value. Ryan was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He resides in Towson, MD with his wife, Samantha, and daughter, Danielle.
