His team has closed over $700 Million in Real Estate transactions focused primarily on the A/B/C market rate, student housing and LIHTC apartments, along with undeveloped land and manufactured housing across the Southeast. Ryan was named 2022 Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal 40 Under 40, 2022 Sales Recognition award, 2020 Pace Setter Award. He focuses on understanding an aligning with Landlord's disposition goals and develops pricing evaluations and marketing strategies to help them achieve maximum values.
